Copyright statement

Copyrighted material

All of the material found in the directory tree www.body-mind-resilience.com/book/ - unless otherwise indicated - is my own.

This work distributed under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0)

This means that individuals have free access and usage, but anyone who is going to re-use the material for their work, or reproduce it in any way for commercial purposes needs to read the terms of the CC licence carefully before they do so.
For what it's worth, these Licencing terms also apply to AI engines/databases.

The scope of the licence also includes all images (drawings, photos) - unless they are specifically attributed, along with all audio and video material.

Audio/Video : additional conditions

You are welcome to download material for your direct own personal use ONLY. Re-uploading or re-packaging of any audio-visual files (or clips) onto social media or streaming platforms (including Facebook, YouTube etc) is a direct infringement of copyright terms. If you want to share them, please share an attributed link to the page i which they appear on this website.

Material not included

Some images may be specifically excluded from the CC Licence terms, in which case this will be clearly indicated. e.g. Where I have purchased rights to use an image from an image library, this is reflected in the filename (Getty Images or Shutterstock), and obviously this right of usage is not transferrable.

If Ophian or Archerus Grotesque fonts are used, these are also Licenced (via FontSquirrel).

The CSS shell (CSSskel) and boxicons are available in public domain under the MIT Licence.

Quotations from other sources (including poems) are attributed as far as possible (or "anon"), are included under "fair use" rules - and as such also fall outside of the terms of the creative commons licence.

Archiving of alterations

Major changes (substantial re-writes) to any CC copyrighted page will be noted by :
