I will be running a series of online sessions in 2026/7 going through some basic ideas and simple applied exercises that can be used at any time.

Entry to online events is by registration ONLY, which helps to keep the space more contained.
No need to come to all of them - just come in as you are able. It is in principle better to attend each workshop because I will be teaching and building a set of skills. However, we will re-visit all the principles as we go through the sessions so missing one or two will not be a problem.
A series of 1-hour online talks for bodyworkers and psychotherapists interested in how the body adapts and re-organises itself under “stress” (physiological shifts, changes to the priorities the sensory system and to meaning-making / expectation, to movement patterns and musculoskeletal engagement, encapsulation processes, and energy allocation).
A few non-neurological (!) reframes and working models that describe a body-oriented, health-oriented, ecology-oriented (and trauma-informed) way of viewing adaptations of the human nervous system ... With implications for the structure of treatments for trauma - and particularly for dissociation, because an understanding of dissociation (in the context of healthy adaptation) is the key to treatment of pretty well everything that is held by the body-mind.
These talks are clarifications and focussed discussions - largely based on the material presented on my website, and attendance at each comes with a 1-hour CPD certificate.
